[One of my bubble tip anemone's was making his way around the tanks and just got sucke up by one of my rio pumps. I turned the pump off and it is still in the intake any ideas help please

[Hi (NEW GUY) I just purchased a 110 gallon reef tank with live rock corals and fish. I set it up saturday had to mix 22 gallons of new water to the water that i was able to save. The salinity is at 1.027 is that too high or normal for a large water change? Also One of the bubble tip anemones...
