Zoa pests??

I have a few frags that have closed up for a couple weeks now. Decided to take them out and give them a scrub and dip to rule out pests. I found what looked like tiny reddish brown worms coming off of the frags. Couldn't get a good pic because they're so small. Any ideas? Could these be what are pissing off the zoas?

those look like the red planaria that everyone seems to have (which are harmless, but ugly) - just my 2c

They also appear to have grown "nipples".

I wouldn't consider them to be harmless necessarily. Although they may not do as much actual physical damage, they can erupt in numbers and quickly over run a system. If that is what they are, highly recommend gettin your syphon on, followed by some sort of chemical dosing. GL.
