Yellow scroll coral - turbinaria reniformis

[I was browsing website and came across this note -

Turbinaria Reniformis
Live Coral
Yellow with large polyps. This piece has been in captivity for many years and is a very exceptional scroll coral. Medium light and medium current. Grows fast when fed brine.


Mine is not growing fast at all, but I am not feeding it brine shrimp either. Only recently I'm starting to feed golden pearls.

Anyone else with experience feeding this sps brine and observe fast growth?

I have not tried to frag this coral.]
 
[Thanks Brad. In that case, I will leave the yellow scroll alone. The last thing I need in my tank is a piece of retard frag that will not grow.]
 
[That is a really odd statement, and a poor choice of wording IMO. You think that a slow grower means a poor coral choice?]
