Worried about my nem

This is what my nem looked like today. It opens up fully during the day until around 4pm and then does this and sucks in alot. What is going on and what do i need to do. First pic is what it normally looks like. Second pic is tonight.

It is a rock anemone. I have had it for about a month. And it is under 2 250 watt mu and three 54 watt t5. I run the t5 about 14 hrs a day and the mu for about 7 hrs a day. It was like a clear transparent Colorado when I got it and now it is turning reddish with green tips.
 
It has not moved since I put it in my tank. I figured it would move if it was unhappy. I changed my powerheads around a little to accommodate some spec. That is all that has changed since I put it in there.
