Small cut on PB Tang

My 5" Powder blue Tang has a 1/4" cut across his belley on the right side. What do i do to help? I dont know if he cut it on coral rock or if my yellow tang speared him. The yellow has been fistey with him lately even though the PBT is bigger. Is there anything I can do or do i just hope for the best. I have a full reef and no possible way of catching him to QT. HELP!!!!
 
Thanks Matt. I would really hate to lose my PBT. He is a large beautiful fish that has alot of personality. I knew I would regret adding a yellow tang to my tank again. Keep your fingers crossed for me.
