Moving taking aquarium down

I need to get rid of tank, skimmer, refugium and about 100 lbs of live rock, There are several dozen green mushrooms on rocks along with some snails and crabs. A couple of the rock are nice tonga branch type. I am looking to sell tank pumps and rocks for $500 or best offer. I sold lights already so they are not included, I live in Plano. What skimmer is it?

I believe it is an Octopus. I ordered it several years ago. I am taking aquarium apart and when I pull it out later today or tomorrow I will try to find model  number and get a photo.

I pulled out skimmer and took a photo. No model number but it is an octopus brand.View attachment 2343
