I would recommend you start reading about anemones and their needs. We have a couple of stickies (threads that are stuck at the top of the list) in this (Anemones) forum with some good reading. Plus, ReefCentral's Anemones forum has many more links worth your time.
I just finished flipping through Daphne Fautin's book that I received today. It looks very good, and I'm looking forward to reading it in depth.
