Large Surface Area and Humidity

I am finishing the planning stages of a large tank build, and it hit me that humidity might be a concern.

I have a 4'x4'x18" tank (175 gallons+large sump (50ish gallons)+large remote refuge). All told I am probably going to be looking at 250 gallons of water and a large amount of surface area. This tank is going to be on the ground floor of my home in our dining room which opens to the living room and kitchen. I plan to keep the tank at 78-80 degrees using my apex. The house is generally kept at 73-75 degrees. Lighting will mostly be T5 (8 bulbs total) with a weak mix of LED for the time being (until budget allows for the expensive toys).

Should I be concerned about humidity/mold issues? If so, what types of solutions should I look into?

Thanks!
