ID Please??

I attended my first frag swap, and had 4 kids with me HAHA. So naturally i purchased alot !!I have this frag that doesnt want to attatch to the rock.
Think its a leather of some kind? Any help please. TIA

Looks like a piece of toadstool leather. Rubber band it to a piece of rock, and it'll eventually attach.

Its a rather large piece. And no matter how i set it it lays over away from the rock that its rubberbanded to. I have moved it several times. How long would you say it takes for it to attatch? And thanks for your quick response, you have been very helpful to me in my learning about this hobby from the begining, and at that time i knew NOTHING!! tHANKS ALOT FOR YOUR HELP.

No problem! You can even cut it up into smaller pieces that fit better on the rocks you want it to attach to. (Mine usually takes about a week to ten days to attach when I chop mine up.)

from the pic i would rubber band it to a bigger piece of live rock and go over the middle of it..
