I need help found this in my tank this morning.

It's a brittle star ... some people want and buy them. They are part of some clean up crew packages as well.
 
No worries ... people buy them. I had a couple hitchhike in on rock ... one of those still lives. I saw no benefit, but rarely saw them. Mine never bred, but there are people that can't keep up to their multiplying. If yours multiply like crazy ... give them away or sell them [smilie=wink.gif] Prices range from $5 to $50 for the red and white ones.
 
I have thousands of them they are great for eating food the goes under rocks.
