Critter identification help - Found something in my tank... id plz.

[I'll try to post a picture if I see it again. I'll describe it the best I can.

Tiny little thing (About as big as a pencil eraser). White/clear color. Only comes out at night when the lights are off. During the day it hides deep in the holes in the LR.

Maybe some kind of tiny shrimp or something? Any ideas?]
