I kept forgetting the names and care instructions for corals, so I created this PDF that I could fill out when I bring home a new coral. Usually I can look up the coral on liveaquaria.com or another site and fill out the relevant innformation so I don't forget it. It also allows you to copy a picture and paste it in the lower half of the form. (You can resize the image and constrain it's proportions by holding down the CTRL key while dragging the resize arrows. You can also move the image around the document by clicking on it and dragging it where you want it. To copy the image from a website, simply right click the image and choose Copy Image.)
