clown fish

I recently purchased two healthy clown fish. For some reason the smaller one (male) rubs up against my mushrooms. In fact, he stays on the mushrooms most of the day. I was thinking that maybe something might be wrong with his scales. He looks and eats great. Does anyone have any advise. Maybe he trying to tell me he wants an anemone?

Mine use to do it to the sand bed. Seem strange to me also but there fine. Bought them off the board 2 mnths ago.

Clown fish will host in almsot anything, including mushrooms. I have a great shot here somewhere... lemme find it.

He has got to be referring to the clowns I sold him...

And yeah CW he likes mushrooms! He is just hosting them because thats all he had in my zoo tank.
