I finally found a Calcium Reactor setup. It's a Korallin and has a milwaukee regulator.

Is the SMS122 PH Controller by Milwaukee the best, cheapest route for a PH controller? And is $99 shipped a good price including calibration liquid?

Or should I hold out for an AquaController?

Best and cheapest are not always comparable. However that model is pretty good and should handle the task just fine. Just make sure you get the correct model, they make two of them, one that triggers the controller off when it reaches a certain low point and one that triggers it on when it reaches a certain point. You want the one that stays on until a low point is reached, then is shut off.
