I don't have personal experience but on Seahorse.org several people have ordered their horses and been quite happy with them. I'd hold off on ordering seahorses online right now due to our high temperatures, even with cool packs etc. it can be tough on them.
I had some fry shipped to me about a month ago and they were all DOA on arrival.
