Anybody know what these are, i think they eat other snails want to be sure before i toss them into another tank

One of my gbtanemones has looked like this (see pic of the nem) for about a month maybe more it eats and poops normally doesn't move from its spot I'm not sure if this is normal or should i be concerned and remove it ?

Does anybody know what these are called ? The rings there are red. Also have shine palys idk the name to as well.
