Tank Break down

With a heavy heart I've decided to take down my 70G. I've been in the hobby for 14 years (15-29), but life has changed a lot recently. I need to do what's best for the creatures in my care. I haven't been giving the tank the attention it deserves for the better part of a year now. I don't have a time crunch, so I can part it out slowly if need be. I live in north eastern Carrolton really close to Dallas North Aquarium. I'll try to get pictures loaded up later this week. Text with questions 210-334-5856

Livestock:
5 pajama cardinal fish (my wife lovingly calls the "slumber party") $15 each (I'd like them to stick together)
1 blue spot pufferfish $40
1 ocellaris clown $30
1 yellow watchman goby (not yellow at all, white, green, and brown) $20

1 black rock urchin $10
2 black elephant slugs/limpets (nocturnal and impossible to get off a rock) $7 each

Lots of live rock from over 10+ years ago when rock from the ocean was readily available rather than dry/artificial rock
Large neon green hairy mushrooms are on some of the rocks $10 per mushroom
