Zero Nitrate after cycle?

I'm embarrassed to ask this, but just want to be safe rather than sorry. It's not my first rodeo, 4th to be exact. My ammonia, and nitrites spiked over the last 5ish weeks (setting up a new tank). Been testing every couple days or so. Used dry marco rock, added mysis, kroll, pellet food every couple days. Haven't added much in the past week (only a small amount of Mysis). Nitrites have come down to zero as of this morning, but my nitrates are undetectable as well. I've never NOT had nitrAte spike at the end of the cycle....so it got me thinking...did I just miss the readings or am legitimately done with the cycle and ready to go...
Pic of tank as it sits, nice ugly diatoms and a tiny bit of green surface algae.

When you have a Nitrite lvls drop at same time Nitrate goes up and usually a couple days after nitrate gets pulled out by either getting converted in nitrogen and basically once trates hit Zero you are cycled.

Thanks Joe, I think I am done too. Just first time not catching the nitrate spike had me wondering.

What i would do is grab some Damsels and drop them in a breeder box as to insure life can be sustained and while they stay in a breeder box, it makes them very easy to remove when you want to add your live stock.
