Yellow eye kole tang Help

I all. Last weekend we bought a Yellow eye kole tang and introduced him to our 150G tank. The only other tang in the tank is a Sailfin. He swam around but ultimately found a hiding place which we know is normal given how shy they are. His colors were dull when we got him at the LFS but when we got him into the tank his colors got much better. Since day one he has been presenting to the Cleaner Shrimp and the Cleaner Wrasse follows him around from time to time.

He has eaten some over the past week but not a bunch. We've been feeding the tank mysis & brine shrimp mixed together with some garlic guard mixed in but I've not noticed him really eating much of it. Also we put seaweed in the tank that I have seen him eat.

Yesterday he was swimming around fine but today he isn't. I can't get a good picture but he is basically in a vertical position in his hiding place with his mouth down. He is breathing and it does not appear to be a labored breathing.

The tank parameters are all normal (we've checked and also just did a 20% water change). The only part of the tank that isn't normal is the temp. Right now the tank is at 72.1 degrees. The only other odd event is our Checkerboard Wrasse hasn't come out today. All the other fish are fine.

Could the low temp be causing a problem?

Thanks Matt. The tank isn't normally that cold but we just noticed it a few days ago. We just added a 2nd heater to the tank to get the temp back up. We've got some seaweed literally right next to him and he's not moved.
