Xenia and alopora dying - i'm clueless

[parameters are all zero or within limits. Even tested for copper - none. My hammers and zoos are doing fine. And even my anemone (which is usually a great barometer) is fine.

Any thoughts?]

[I've noticed that when my xenias really get overgrown, they go through a die-off, decimating their population and leaving only a couple of survivors to start the growth cycle again.]

[As TealCobra hinted, my first coral to show any signs of a low pH is the xenia. Mine stop pulsing when the pH falls and if it gets too low, they start to melt.]
