Wow Misprint?

I guess if you bought a 1" long Hippo, it would seem okay. I had my tiny one in a 55g, and later in the 280g. Seeing how big they get, it would be better if the website stated a much larger tank.

Heck, most people have a 20g quarantine tank.

I emailed them. No response and no change to the page. I'll email them again later with more angry words and see what happens. That's really unacceptable to list that small of a tank size.

Hey folks... Try emailing them again. I just did. It's a shame though... They state that "We?re not an impersonal fulfillment house, or a branch of a larger company, we hand select and ship only animals that we know are healthy and eating!"

They state 55g for Sohals, 55 for Vlamingis... Ouch.

I know I'm probably being a teensy overdramatic (but think about how many people have tried shoving a hippo in a 20g, multiple times, failing, continuing to try...)

They never responded to my emails. Nothing has changed.. Great to know that a website I was considering as a supplier for one of my new reef fish doesn't give a hoot about the welfare of their fish once they get their $$$.

I don't care how good of a deal a site has, if they don't have a phone number where I can speak to a "live" person IN THE U.S. I refuse to order from them, period.

So far, I have never been unhappy with an online purchase, the only exception being an ebay item or 2.

They changed hippos to 55g... Still no response from them!

AND STILL UNDERRATED FOR A TANG! This is ridiculous! I can't believe they're seriously going to ignore customer service protocols so bad. Ugh. That website makes me sick.
