Would this mix of lights work?

I currently have a 4x65w pc fixture over my 90. It's OK - not great. I was thinking of adding t5's. Would using the PC's for actinics and t5's for daylight work? The pc is a fixture so it would mean a bank of actinic, with a bank of daylight either in front or behind. Eventually I'll probably go all to T5's but for now....
 
Above my 55 I have a 260w PC fixture with 2 - 50/50's & 2 - 12k as well as a 108w T-5 fixture with 1 act. & 1 - 10k.
 
It should work out pretty well. I would be particular on the color temp of the T-5's though. You want to maximize the usable light and Par. With PC's being actinics, I wouldn't go any higher than 10K or 12K on the T-5's. You can adjust the blue levels from the different types of PC's
