Would like some help. On Drilled tank..NOISE!!

I have 2 holes drilled in my tank. I had sponges on the two overflows and it was quiet. Well I for got about cleaning those sponges and my nitrates skyrocketed so now I'm fighting hair alge. Anyway,Could someone make for me one of those gurgle stopping duraso thingys. I really need two of them. I have looked at the diagrams and well it looks complicated. I would GLADLY pay for the materials or go purchase them and buy you some beer or cash for your trouble. This NOISE IS DRIVING ME INSANE...
