Wierd worm or possible starfish?

I wish i could get a pic of these, but they are too small for my camera to focus on. They look like a really thin worm, thicker than a hair and fuzzy looking. It is hanging out of my chaeto in the fuge and it kind of jerks every 5 or 10 seconds. I can see two of them and they're pretty long, maybe 2 or 3 inches. I'm pretty sure it's not bristle worms. Does anyone know what these might be?

Wow thanks Marc! That's it! I've been looking everywhere online. So far I've only spotted 2 in my refugium hanging out of the chaeto ball. It seems to react to my movements. It's cool to watch how it seems like it's fishing or something.
 
Exactly. It feeds that way. I think they are neat to observe, and I never had anything suffer from them.
