Why are there holes in the shell of my reef crab????

I bought some reef crabs a week ago and now it looks like some of them are getting holes at the point of their shell? Is something eating their shell, anyone ever seen this? The rest of the tank is fine, all other corals and fish are doing great. Thanks for any help.
 
i have a coralbanded shrimp, but i dont think it would do that. it almost looks like its rotting away. im not sure what kind of crabs they are, some of them have red legs and some of them have black legs with white strips.
