who has multiple angels or different clowns

how many people have more then one angle fish? almost every site say not to put almost every angle in same tank they will fight, like on saltwaterfish.com there is a warning on top of all of them. i know thet there are the execptions that have been stubled upon by newbies not knowing any better and every thing being ok.

samething goes for clowns i have a marron clown and i have alway thought or been told i cant get diff type, just recently i saw someones tank they had a pair of true's and a pair of marrons in same tank no problems
 
I have 2 dwarf Angels. A Coral Beauty and a flame angel, and they do not bother each other.

Maybe I just lucked out...
 
I have a flame and a potter's angel in my reef, and in the past, I have had 2 emperor's together, no problems. "They" say can not keep multiple tangs of the same type also, and I have 4 purples together that have been that way for 2 years.

I think tank size plays a role in this...putting two in a 55G for example, probably wouldn't work out too well. :)

I used to have a midnight angel, flame angel and a lemonpeel (all dwarfs). The midnight was first then the lemonpeel then the flame. When I out the lemonpeel in he almost killed the midnight. I am not sure how it survived, but it did. When the flame was introduced, it hid for almost a week under a rock before venturing out but it was no attacked...
Just be careful. Introduce them at the same time and/or with no lights on. Not to say they won't fight though.
 
I have a flame and a multicolor angel. In the past I have had a flame and pygmy. In both cases I added the fish at the same time.
 
i have a maroon and two false in my 150... maroon stays on the left, falses stay on the right. if either swims close to the middle then their is a standoff
 
i have a scopas and a sailfin in a 70 gallon show. No problems even considered maybe i have a male and female. They seem to hang out together all the time except when sleeping. But i dont know the specifics on if they know they are differnt but similar species. Dont even know how the pairing of opposite sexes in tow tangs goes either just an entertaining thought.
