White spot on clown

I've had this Clown for about a month now and he's been doing great! Just a few days ago I noticed the white dot righ below his left eye. What could this be? He's been acting fine. And another thing...I have a Scooter Blenny in there with the clown in a 24 gallon cube, and he's been respecting the Scooter's space until just today. He seems to chase it away from one specific area of the tank and no where else. It's in one cave area of the tank that's towards the bottom of the tank. The clown never hangs around there, but once that blenny gets in the area, the clown nips at him. What is he doing? Just be protective of "his" area? Thanks. Sorry, I guess the pic isn't too clear.

The white spot may be a bite or a scratch. As fr as the blenny, the clown is just establishing territory. Mine still act like that to other fish sometimes.

You have a cleaner shrimp? They will usually clean these parasites. A FW dip would work as well assuming it is a parasite. I would get a cleaner shrimp and watch it hop on the clownfish. If the white looks like it is spreading or the clownfish changes behavior, try to post a clear picture.

I'm going with the wound scenario seeing the spot appeared about the time as the aggressive activity. Either he bumped into something in his haste chasing the blenny or the blenny nipped him in self defense. I'd keep an eye on it, though.

I just recently had the same thing happen to one of my clowns. I was finally convinced that it wasn't a parasite.
It was on his upper lip and stuck out a lot and was very white. It slowly reduced in size and was gone in about two weeks.
I'm fairly certain it was a bite from another fish.
