Which powerhead and how much

120 g tank that is 60" long by 24" high with built in overflows and returns rated at 1400 gph.

Additional movement:

Seio 600 on both ends?

Seio 800 on both ends?

or other recommendations

The tank has overflows in each corner with returns on each corner of the tank as well. Two overflows 1" and two returns 3/4" Tank is 60" long.

Primary corals will be LPS with some SPS. Not Acropora yet.

With a rated overflow of 1400 gph, I am planning on using a Mag 12 in the refugium for the return, however, is that too much and therefore should I go to a Mag 9.5 instead?

I have the same tank except 150 gallon and I have 2 Mag 18 in the sump as my return and then I am using 2 modified Maxijet 1200's in the tank as additional flow.

Don't think you should reduce the flow.
 
Right now I have 2 Seio 620s and 2 modded MJ1200 on a wave timer in my 55g and will be adding a mag 7 once my stand is finsihed. To be honest with you I am not that impressed with the Seios compared to my MJ1200 I did the cut off the nozzle and drill holes in the bottom mod (Rick's Mod in the DIY forum) I can say that those modded MJ move more water then the stock Seios 620 hands down. I would think your going to need Seio 1500 at least. As for the return pump I would go with the Mag 12 as you can always slow it down with ball valve if needed. Theres my 2 cents
