where to buy lights

If you want to order online, I recommend HelloLights.com. They usually have very good prices, and package well.

If you want local, I've heard A to T Lights is good - but be sure you get EXACTLY what you are looking for, as they have a no-return policy.
 
I typically buy all my dry goods from Custom Aquatic, tho for MH bulbs I would probably check around to see who has the best bulb in the color I want at the best price.
 
I've bought exclusively from AtoT and have been very happy. It's hard to beat the price of their PLUS brand lamps that are made by Ushio. The 10k's are crisp!
