Where or how can I get a syringe?

I have some aptaisia I am trying to get rid of and I want to inject them with lime juice.

Back when I lived in Florida I used to get the small syrings from my sister who is diabetic.

My question is can I go into a walgreens and just buy 1-2 syringes?

I guess I'll swing by walgreens and see what they say. I dont see why they wouldnt sell me one syringe. I am just thinking the guy is goign to think I am shooting drugs. If I tell him I am going to try and kill aptaisia he is going to look at me like I am crazy.

I picked one up from my local pharmacy. When I told her what I was using it for she said that she had never even heard of that and gave me one.... They are about .26 a piece though.

I dont know the size number but the really small ones that diabetics use are perfect. I just texted my sister asking her what size she uses.

I went to CVS and they sold me "1/2 CC Insulin Needles" no questions asked.

It was a pack of 10 and was less than $5

perfect! Thats what I need. I am going to go in there and ask them.

Now I just need to pick up some lime juice.

Not sure, I've just personally used the vinegar on my little pest anemones, and it kills them by the next day, or if you go back in 15 minutes after injection and stick the syringe through their stalk you can wiggle them off of the rocks with the needle.

For reference,

I use no more the 2 syringe fulls (1/2 CC + 1/2 CC)

on my 150 gallon.

Once I went to town on the tank and used about 4 CC's and a couple of days later the water was not very clear... Did a 20% water change and then everything was fine.

So I'd say no more than 1/2 CC per 50 gallons.

Might laugh.... but just go to any local shelter or health center and get them through the needle exchange programs they all have.

I picked some up from Wal-Mart after getting a few strange looks. He ended up just giving them to me.

I usually just rifle through the drawers in the doc's office while I am waiting to be seen.

I spend a good 30 mins in there alone, so I have massed quite a stockpile of various gauges.

I figure I only go twice a year, so who am i really hurting ? I pay for it anyway.

You could go to jail for fraud David.

I can get anyone *with the right background check!* syringes.

Let me know if you want them.
