anyone have any idea what this thing is? I noticed it about 2 hours ago....looked like it was growing out of the sand on the liverock. then 40 mins. later had climbed about 5 inches up the liverock and out of the sand. it's about 3 inches long. is this good or bad? should I take it out of the aquarium? sorry about the bad pictures. Thanks for your help,
