Whats a fairprice?

Well, i am looking to shut own my aquarium. It's just too expensive .
Anyway... whats a fair price to expect for live rock
Most of it is pretty good and has lots of growth, while some has just some purple coral growing on it

What i have seen lately on here is around 3 dollars per pound. Im sure other will chime in but thats what i have seen. Sorry you are getting out of the hobby. Wish you the best of luck.
