what type of corals can I grow with 2 65watt pc bulbs on 29g

what type of corals can I grow with two 65w power compacts over a 29g tank (30x13x18) each bulb has it's own reflector the light fixture is a coral life lunar light. also what bulbs would be best a 10k and blue/blue, 10k and 420/420nm, 10k/blue, and blue/blue, or 50/50 and 50/50 also what brand of power compacts are good. trying to up grade the single 65w that I got with blakeski setup.

As far as Bulb Selection I would go with (1) 10,000K bulb and (1)Actinic bulb, that way you can turn them on/off seperately with a timer and get cool morning/evening effects. Also if you want to save significant cash you can buy Red Sea 55W bulbs for around $10 bucks cheaper per bulb compared to Coralife 65W bulbs. The fixture has ballasts that will run either bulb. (and personally I think the Red Sea bulbs are closer to the advertised spectrum anyways + they run cooler).
As far as Corals, I believe you could run most any Soft Coral, and some LPS's toward the top of the tank. I would highly advise against an Anenome. (perhaps in a 20L with the same fixture)

Probably only soft corals. Definitly no SPS, clams, or anemones. Maybe an lps. Might keep your eyes peeled for a t5 fixture since you are about to replace the bulbs anyway.

+1 on upgrading to T5.
PC bulbs are good for 6-9 months. T5 is good for 9-12 months.
With t5s, you can grow just about anything.
A lot of good deals show up on this site

T-5's are great and on top of that PC fixtures are being phased out quickly. In turn PC bulbs will continue to be harder to find along with the prices creeping ever higher. Pricing for 65w PC bulbs is generaly around $40. However Deals can be had on Ebay (1 seller sells them in a package of (4) bulbs for $40)

cool, thanks it wasn't to bad of a deal. I got it for 40 at neptunes cove, and blake had some new bulbs so i could use those but there 50/50.
I saw the brand uv for 25.00 at rift 2 reef. i hear miss things about uv are they any good. my plans are for bright colorful zoas, at the bottom with mush room in the middle, and a frog spawn or torch on top.
I like what melev's (mark?) did with his 29g on his site. will 2 power compacts do that?

I grew zoas monti leathers and bunch of anemones and mushrooms with my 55/65watt bulbs. I have a lot o new and used ones left. I would sell them all for $20 most are 420nm an 10k. what city are you in. I'm limited on cash, so i'm going to start with basic beginner corals again and work my way up to stuff like birds-nest as i get better at it.
