I purchase fresh shrimp nd scallops and blend them for mine. You can blend up a batch and freeze it in sheets or small cubes. Then defrost in tank water and feed via turkey blaster. I feed a small amount, roughly 1/3 of shrimp per nem. They get feed every 4-5 days.
