What to feed my fish

I've got a newbie question. I have 3 green chromis, 2 false percula clown fish, and a mandarin goby. My question is what is the best thing to be feeding? At one point when I bought the chromis they sold me some frozen hikari spirulina brine shrimp. Ive just been cutting off a piece and thawing it in some aquarium water then dumping it in. Is there a better food to use, pellets or flakes? Any suggestions would be great, thanks.

I love PE Mysis. They sell a dual pack now with PE Mysis and Cyclopeeze, which is awesome because you get the mysis for fish and cyclopeeze for all of your corals and filter feeders.

I use pellets to feed every morning. Then once a week i feed frozen food. At water change time like once a month just before changing water, I feed blended up mysis shrimp, frozen food (brine, angel food mix, spurlina,ect...), Cyclopes. Only reason i feed that right before water change is to feed it to the anenomes, and some escapes makes the other fish happy. Also helps keep the phosphates down since frozen food is bad on phosphates.

What type of pellets do you use Burbarry? I'm have a bad problem with red slime algae, so I'm wondering if it has to with the frozen food. I'll have to look into the pe mysis with cyclopeeze. Are mysis better than brine?
