What might this be

This looks like something out of Avatar but I cannot get a good enough picture of it but it glows under the blue lights at night. Here are a few pictures I tried to get of it. I cannot see it during the day as it hides I am guessing.

It is the area almost in the middle with the red around it. It has the little ball looking parts on the rock

I was thinking that Ron but it shows spots inbetween the balls and the base and that is what was throwing me off. It is very pretty I do have to say though just like something out of Avatar [smilie=smile.gif]
