What is this?

I have this brown stringy stuff growing in my tank. All params are good. Tank had been up and running 3 weeks. Everything was transferred over from a established tank so there was no cycle. There is approx. 80#s of rock and 80#s of sand. The sand was used but I rinsed it very well. It's a 75g tank with a 29g sump. Running a avast cs1 and phosban reactor. I have plenty of flow but this stuff come back daily. It doesn't come back if the lights are left off.

You think it's just new tank syndrome? I think in over thinking it, just scared of dino.

Some kind of algae.
Dinos aren't the death knell of a tank people make it out to be. We went through it for 2 months then it was gone. We probably could've gotten rid of it sooner but we kept doing water changes, which fuel it. We cut the light cycle in half, stopped water changes, sucked out all we could, and it went away.
I'd give it some time to see what exactly it really is.
