What is this it was crawling across the glass in my tank the only live stock I have is a couple of hermits some nassarius and verify snails and some yellow polyps and mohawks and a couple of Kenya trees
 
Looks like an Acoel Flatworm. http://www.wetwebmedia.com/flatworms.htm

I think most people consider the white ones mostly harmless. I've had them pop in my QT tank as well as the Neo 90 while cycling and eventually fade completely after a few weeks.
 
So I don't need to worry any about anything. And I just moved the tank and added more live sand before setting back up. It has been set up now for about 2-3 weeks.

not problematic unless you have an infestation like Suboc, just don't let them get out of control if you already captured just flush it in my opinion
