What is this?

I have been seeing more of these pop up within little crevices in the rock.

I am assuming they are just zoa polyps of some sort, but want to get feedback to make sure they aren't anything I should be worried about.

What is the best way to take care of them? Are there tank mates that might be majano predators that I should look into getting?

I read that link, and it said something about boiling water...do I just inject the water at it?
