What is the best food for softies?

[My 55 gal. reef has been up since March of 2004. Started with fish only and I have been adding stuff little by little.

Temp: 76-78
Gravity: 1.022-1.023
nitrites: 0
Amonia:0
Nitrates: 40 trying to lower
calc: 380 trying to raise
Alk:? no test for this
Lighting: 2-48" 110W 10,000K VHO Blue/White

Just wondering what the best food source would be for these?

I have:
7-8 feather dusters
1 bubble tip anemone
1 torch coral
1 brown mushroom
1 hairy mushroom
1 goniopora


One other question. I was told to clean my sand when I do water changes, How do you go about doing that if you have a bunch of Base, LR and Corals? Everytime I do this I have to pull out all my stuff, is this necessary?]
 
[I would feed DT's Live Phytoplankton to the tank every other day.

Don't disturb your sand bed yourself. Your clean up crew should do the job of keeping your sand overturned enough to keep it clean.]
 
[I bought some of that DT's today and will try it out. Hey i saw some pics of your tanks yesterday, really nice. I usually am on saltwaterfish.com message board asking questions too, and then i found this local site. I will become a member soon also. Thanks for the advice.
