What are these? - Brown spots

[I got a small zoo rock back about a month ago. I didn't notice until after a few days of being in the take that the rock had these little brown rectangular spots with one end of it looked to be flapping in the water movment. Since then they have spread all over the tank as well as there is a lot more on that same rock... what are these suckers and how do I go about getting rid of? From all the searching I have done I can not seen to id them. Please help!]

[Yup these are flatworms! Ouch your article has my scared now Mark as this is only a 12g nano cube. I'm worried when I treat the tank for the flatworms that I might not be able to get enough of the toxins out? Any suggestions for such a small tank? btw no skimmer just powerheads and rock filtration.]

[Just follow Marcs article and you'l be fine. Siphon as many as you can see first. Treat and keep siphoning as they die! Then run carbon and do a water change later. Really easy. Anyone that has followed those directions that I know of has had zero issues with livestock dying!]
