water change?

I have a 130 gallon total reef tank. Would it hurt/help to do a 1 gallon a day water change every day. It just would be easier for me to do this. I have a carbon reactor return line buy the door and its easy to flip it out into a jug and replace. Let me know what u think

I would have to agree there would be very little benefit from that small amount on that size aqaurium. 10% would be a min. amount and would not need to do this everyday [smilie=wink.gif]

Some people do continuous water changes, using peristaltic pumps. Continuous doesn't necessarily mean all the time, but that they're removing water at the same time they're adding it.

If you changed that to 2g per day, you'd be doing the equivalent of a ~40% per month single water change. (More than adequate.)
