Vortech Owners: What flow works best for you?

Been playing with my MP40. I current have it set Short pulse mode 75% flow (mode selected with pin turned to 2nd seam in plastic), and approximately 30% time interval(just past first plastic seam).
 
I use reef crest. It really depends on what your goal is on flow though and how many pumps you have etc. Having a wavebox on my tank, the vortecs are used for linear flow and chaotic flow, so I want them to give as much variation as possible. Folks that use a single one would probably want that kind of flow as well, but if you have more than one, you can use one for wave and one for flow etc or to create all sorts of combos using the wireless and counter-flow options.

Depends on the livestock too.. if I had a single pump and a mixed reef, I would do reef crest or pulse, but if I had more of an SPS tank, I would do direct full power and just let the rocks/glass take care of the chaotic flow.
 
I have all my pumps set to Master, and they are all set to Reefcrest. They are running at about 85% capacity since my tank is filling up with corals.
 
The SPS side of the tank is running reefcrest 95%

The "anemone" side of the tank runs lagoon mode at 60% with a prefilter on it because the anemones like to snuggle up to it.
