Vho ballast - Any good?

[hi everyone, do you guys know if this ballast is any good?

[Is this ballast very hard to setup? besides for the endcaps and bulbs, what else would i need?

[Powercord and encaps and your set. I would also order a refector unless you have something else already in mind or are using URI brand bulbs that have built in reflectors. What is this going to be for?]

[i'm planning this for my 29 gal. At first i was thinking about doing mh but decided to go w/ the vho because it seems more efficient and easier to setup than the mh.]
