I was hasty in buying a new fish, never had a disease in the last seven years, but here I am.
I've got the hospital tank going with Cupramine and did a freshwater bath late last night for my royal gramma, he's looking rough. He looked like he was going to die last night after I put him back in the QT after the bath, but he's still here this morning, but still breathing laboriously and hanging out right at the surface. Angel and the goby are acting normal, but the clownfish isn't looking too hot either.
Can I give them additional FW baths? How often should I be doing them? Is there anything else I can do to help them? Other fish are in QT and look much better than the RG, and my DT is fishless right now. Do I leave it fallow for 4 weeks or 6 weeks?
I have a yellow prawn goby, a lemon peel angel, a royal gramma, and B&W ocellaris: Can they all handle Cupramine the same way? I've got a copper test to monitor the copper to keep it at effective levels.
I've had some of these fish for 7 years, I can't lose them like this, please help if there's anything else I can be doing!
