Using Epoxy in tank

I have some Marineland HoldFast Epoxy and I was wondering if it was ok to use in my display tank. I've got a few corals I'd like to epoxy to a rock that's rather large and towards the bottom, so I can't exactly pull it out. Would it be ok to use in the tank? It doesn't say anywhere on the package, and it actually says to dry all surfaces before using. Thanks in advance,
Mike

It should be fine but keep in mind that when you epoxy corals and it comes in contact with the base or frag, it could cause recession due to heat as it cures. If you do it that way, I would recommend using superglue gel to gel it to a rock or rubble first then using the epoxy to attach it that way.

Thanks for the advice DaveJ. The frags I'm going to epoxy to a rock are already attached to LR rubble...and they keep falling over because of my idiot Mexican Turbo's. Just curious, but could super glue gel be used underwater too?

I've heard of people doing it but i havent had success.. it firms up fast with water, thats actually how I cure it with frags, dipping it in the tank. Its also extremely messy doing it that way. I avoid it now, not having any luck with it and just do it outside the tank then dip it in or use an accelerator to harden it before going back in.

I've used super glue a few times. I wouldn't glue it underwater, for the reasons Dave mentioned, but if you can get the rock you’re gluing it to - out, then that should work if the frag is not too large.

I usually take the rock out, dry both ends with a paper towel, and glue... let cure for a few min. and back in.
