URGENT -Need Some Newly Hatched BBS in Plano/Allen/McKinney

Much to our surprise, our H. Erectus seahorses had babies today. They never exhibited any courtship rituals or anything that would indicate they were breeding, but nonetheless they had fry today. I bought some live adult brine shrimp at Exotic Aquatics at lunch and will try them when I get home, but judging from the pics my wife just sent me of the fry, the adults brine shrimp will be too large. i am going to start hatching some when I get home, but in the mean time, I need to buy/borrow some. Anyone have any?

Thanks,

Lee

I think my wife just used the last of what she had hatched already too. We would be glad to have you some in a day if you need them, but you may already have your own by then. Let us know if we can help. We do have a bit of de-capsulated brine shrimp eggs that we that you might get them to eat immediately if that helps too. We fed them to our baby horses and it seemed to help.

Updated: She is going to start some immediately and we will have some by tomorrow morning if it goes as normal, I would think. If you need them let us know.

seahorse.org has been down for a few days, but an article I printed off there a while back says for H. Erectus, you should feed BBS or rotifers.

Thanks,

Lee

Thank you everyone for the PMs and posts offering to give me bbs and help and a big thanks to waterbeing (Doug and Joanna) for giving me some rotifers and bbs. I poseted some blurry pics in the Seahorse forum if anyone is interested. http://www.dfwmas.org/Forums/viewtopic.php?p=95187#95187
