Tunze Repair/Replacement

Can anybody tell me who has had experience with this, how do I get the Tunze people to replace my pump?

Here's the deal, I bought a broken 6130 pump on RC, I was going to return it but my dispute with paypal expired so now i'm stuck with it. In any case, the seller told me that he spoke with tunze people and they told him they can replace it with a new tunze stream 2. Now I don't know if that's bs what he told me, but i've heard from a few people that they've had pumps replaced. I don't have a RC account, and all I found was contact info for the german headquarters, how do I proceed with this? Any suggestions?

Not sure if they will give you a different pump but Roger has always given me great customer service.
 
my understanding is they give you % off purchase on new pump they dont just replace it that is what they told saj and i at next wave
 
It is cheaper to get it fixed then to get a new pump. It will last you a long time. You will basically have a new pump. Just not the new style.

I sent all my tunze to get updated with new washers and changed out the wire. I have four practically new pumps. I think I am going to sell 2. I have too many now. I am running 2 vortex pumps as well. There is a big difference when I add the tunzes.
 
I think Roger is the best. Their customer service is excellent. That is why I will aways use Tunze equipment. They are close and good and they return the stuf really fast:)
 
roger is the man. i was having problems with my 6105 and had to send it in and he sent it back very quickly and replied to all my emails. had another problem pop up with it and he quickly took care of it again.
 
Unreal service, to the point where I was actually looking in the box for an invoice for the repairs, or I should say replacements. I got a brand new toy to play with, lol. This just makes me feel great about owning the wavebox and now one of their brand new pump!
 
Tunze customer service is EXCELLENT!! Roger is super at responding and taking care of your needs.
