tunze 6101 help

anyone a tunze 6101 pro i just got one yesterday and i cant get it to do anything I think its the power supply I think it should be sending around 24v to the driver but I'm only getting 1.6v when i check it with a volt meter [smilie=crying.gif]
 
does sound like a power supply problem. if you just bought it i would return it or contact roger at tunze he will prob ask you to send the pump down to him and if it is a power supply he will replace it but you prob need to pay for a new power supply.

sorry for the late reply kim (shes the one that sold the pumps to me) is going to see if she can get me one but if she cant what would you want for one
