[I understand that raising clownfish fry is difficult, but seeing how my beautiful true clarki pair has laid eggs, I am going to attempt to raise them.
h: The eggs are dark brown...from what I have learned so far, I have a couple days to get ready.
I plan on setting up a 5.5 gallon with water from the original tank plus some live rock, and putting in an air stone to help with circulation.
Now let me make sure I got this straight...I have to wait until the eggs are hatched, and then take a brine shrimp net to catch the lil fish in my 130 gallon? This sounds a little difficult to me..
Is it possible to remove the rock the eggs are on and put it in the new tank, or do the eggs need to be cared for by the parents?
I am also confused on what to do for the diet of these little fish, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
